All classes cater to those new to the practices and philosophy of yoga, and those familiar.

We aim to challenge those that believe yoga is purely a physical exercise by introducing techniques such as mantra, mudra, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation in a way that is accessible and inspiring in every class. Whilst exploring physical conditioning and mobility, we ask practitioners to be open to the same qualities mentally and spiritually. By using movement, philosophy and breath we explore finding presence and joy in all areas of our life, on and off the mat.
